My husband Gregory and I had the
great pleasure of being introduced to Katie at a neighbors dinner party. Chef Katie Blackmon was asked to supply the appetizers and when they were
presented we were incredibly impressed at the content and quality of the dishes
and the presentation of such.
Subsequently she has entertained us at her house, on numerous occasions. Superb food and wonderful ambience with perfect selections of wines to go
along with sumptuous meals. My husband who owns and runs hotels and restaurants, has been raving constantly about her cooking and it is clear to all present at the
function she obviously is a trained
and accomplished chef. I have not at any restaurant been served such
amazing meals. All courses superb. Homemade bread and dips and very
Katie has brought fully cooked meals
to our house, done all the work herself and entertained us lavishly.
Our guests can’t thank us enough. I have been shopping with her and
her attention to detail is immaculate. Her understanding of
costing and proportions made me humble.
It is hard not to come across hard
sell, but the truth is the truth, every thing about Katie is fabulous.
We were blessed when we met her.
